I had the same issue but I tried again a couple hours later and it finally worked
I had 2 different deals on my Ibotta and one of them did cover the mens dial

Also discovered the hard way that the dial for men soaps were not included. misleading since this is what’s pictured.
I tried to redeem it on a 10 pack of Dial For Men soap – and then saw in the fine print it does not include dial for men.
I tried using this deal yesterday, but after getting home the item scanned “Does not match offer”. I e-mailed Ibotta to confirm whether or not this item was included, since it does say any size. Did anyone else have this problem?
Ibotta support got with me and stated that they had added barcodes and to try restarting the app. I did, and it worked. Yay!! Free soap!!
