I purchased the 1.49 Kotex liners and did not receive the Catalina. I even went to customer service and they said it was not included.

I have promble with buying the bra wny singles paper towels.I have the qs fir 2/2..Okay once they were 10/10.’I COULDNTUSE MY QS.I SEEN E MAILS FROM BRAWNY TO PPL STATEING IT WAS EXCEPTED.WILL I WENT YESTERDAY AND THEY R 2/3 and i tried to use my qs again.THE CASHIER SAID IN A RUDE VOICE AND WAS POINTING AT THE Q AND SAYING SEE ITS A PACKAGE.TWO PKGS COST ALOT.SO ANY WAY U CAN HELP ME OUT WITH THIS ON GOING PROMBLE?TIA
