Are you going for a healthier YOU in the New Year?
Here’s the skinny: You have a resolution and Progresso has 40 flavors of soup with 100 calories or less. And did you know that Progresso Soup is the only brand endorsed by Weight Watchers? I love that they have the “Points” right on the front of the can so it takes out the guess work! And get this…some of them have BACON and cream! Yes, please bring it on! I especially love the fact that they offer “heart healthy” choices as well! These are reduced sodium, low fat and 120 calories or less!
Progresso Soup is priced very reasonably at just $1.67 every day at Kroger, but often goes on sale so be on the lookout for that at all times! 🙂 If you just can’t wait for a sale (and sometimes you just can’t – am I right?)…then no worries! We have several coupons available that will score you a fantabulous deal regardlless, including these convenient Kroger Digital coupons you just load straight to your shopper’s card! Hopefully most of you printed that BIG FAT $1/1 Progresso coupon I posted at the beginning of the month as well (no longer available).

I am glad that I have the to chance to enjoy the soups on a daily basis if I wanted to and still stick to my “get healthy” goals and beat the diet boredom. The soups have been around for well over 40 years and the quality of the soup continues to get better. I love to enjoy a warm bowl of Chicken & Cheese Enchilada or Chicken Corn Chowder Soup on a cold Ohio day like today…don’t forget the blanket! And NO GUILT! There are so many to choose from and haven’t found a flavor that I haven’t loved. Fair warning: you may have to fight off the cat! 😀
I know that when I walk into my Kroger I will find just what I want along with the price that I want to pay. The quality ingredients as well as the recipes that have been passed down many generations will continue to be a trusted staple in my kitchen.

While this is wonderful soup, very progressive, I can’t help but wonder about these pictures. It looks as if Katie is miffed in the first picture, like perhaps she just spotted a fly in her bowl of soup(note the downcast eyes and the slightest hint of disgust, which couldn’t be from the soup, because Progressive soup is very delicious). Picture two we see the cat, who presumably ate the fly, because Katie looks more upbeat. I am guessing picture 3 (which didn’t make the cut) is of the nice cat with four legs in the air (which incidentally would have been my favorite picture).
