UPDATE: Sorry everyone…I’m not sure what is going on with this coupon. When I checked it last week, it said to come back May 20th to load the coupon, so I scheduled this post to go live first thing this morning as a reminder. Apparently, they aren’t quite ready yet. Keep in mind that it’s valid on the weekends only, so hopefully they have it fixed by the weekend.

UPDATE – I was able to load the coupon just seconds ago (8:03pm EST). So, the CSR that I spoke to earlier was either incorrect OR most likely, Kroger has gotten the issue resolved earlier then anticipated. About the expiration date – When I viewed the coupon earlier today, it did state that it expired on 05/31. But the coupon that I was just now able to load states good through 06/30.
I was just able to load it – so I guess the site is running slow. So be patient.

AJ, I am confused by the conflicting dates also. Is the coupon available to load until 5/31, but double fuel points through 6/30? The way they have it worded is confusing. I already loaded my coupon but would like to know how long the double points last.
As of 12:30 p.m. (eastern time) it still says no coupon available to me. Going to keep checking!
I was able to see it and then I click load and it didn’t load – now it says not available – I am going to wait and try again later today.
I just loaded mine, 11:20 am cst. I noticed when I was reading the coupon, it says 2x fuel points fri-sun thru 6/30 but then at bottom it says expiration date 5/31/13. This is really frustrating, is it good thru 6/30 or 5/31? does anyone else see this on their q? I think kroger needs some detail oriented people working for them. 🙂

I just loaded it now. 11:20 am. It is working now.
I am in the mid – atlantic region but in my weekly flyer there is a cut out coupon you can hand the cashier that does the same as this downloadable coupon. Hope this helps everyone who is getting a dose of frustration of Krogers antics. I know we are feeling it here since they took away out double coupons last week and replaced them with this so called “lower prices”. Its a joke!
PS…As my info conflicts with MaryBeth’s earlier post, I am going to keep trying just in case.
I just spoke with CSR Michelle at Kroger’s Digital help area. (1-866-221-4141) She stated that Kroger has changed the date of the release of this digital coupon to this Friday (05/24th). Please continue to comment if you are able to load the coupon. I was not.

I just spoke with customer service and they said that no one at this time has been able to get coupon and to try in 24hours. they have the IT dept working on it.

yep, doing the same thing for me as AJ says…they must have some sort of glitch going on…..as usual….and…krogerkrazy(katie) is not the sponsor of the promotion, she is just reminding us of the promotion that kroger is offering…we must just be patient…and try later…they may be getting more traffic than anticipated, but i know it is supposed to be running in my region, so we have till the weekend to load then shop for it 🙂 because the coupon will not be tallying until then anyway…i will try later, thanks for the reminder, katie 🙂
can’t load q! when i click on your link, page says log in to get q, i do and it shows me the q but says log in to load to card, well i’m already logged in but i click it anyway to log in again so i can get q then it tells me i have no q available! what’s up with this? i really want this q! been trying since 6:15 am cst. help.
