my kroger is like this.they will not take a printable coupon if it is 75% or more or the normal store price.
I know every Kroger has a somewhat different coupon policy and I can accept that. However, my store in Bossier City, LA absolutely would not let me use the $2.50 off poligrip because the product was less than the coupon. After repeatedly asking if they could adjust the price difference they still refused me, and this was after the cashier came up with a crazy excuse that she couldn’t double the same coupon unless I had a variety of that product. I normally don’t get upset, but I am extremely frustrated with my store. Is it just me or does this sound crazy?
