I never got coupons until I went to the Kroger site and complained. I heard that the only people that get coupons in the mail are seniors but they did start sending me bonus offers on the website. I never got the coupon on the receipt that was advertised a few weeks ago that was printing on the receipt. It is all to do with what store you shop at. The store I shop at belongs to the Memphis area and the one in my home town belongs to MO so they do things differently. My hometown Kroger just started accepting internet coupons last year. LOL. I got coupons mailed to me last week but I think that is just because of Christmas. We normally don’t get coupons in the mail. It has to do with your local store I think.
Jerry this is the best site. I disagree with you. I have saved hundreds of dollars and gotten free products by using her site. I wouldn’t be able to feed my family of 6 without this site. I bless this site daily.
The kroger creamy peanut butter didn’t work with the above coupon. Guess it only works on the nutty one. They were 2/$3 at my store.

Debbie, you DO realize that this is not a Kroger website. Your complaints will not be read by Kroger employees. Have you changed your address in your Kroger profile? My guess is that you haven’t. Start there.
Yes ! Debbie start all over again if someone can’t help you , I’m a kroger customer but , I don’t get coupons very often – and sonetimes is for items I don’t use – today I got one for a free toothpaste and a box of cereal but digital coupons are in your phone app but kroger customer service they have barcodes to let customers use that don’t have the app good luck
Debbie, have you tried starting from scratch completely by getting a new Kroger account with your new address? (Stop using your current account, obviously.) I haven’t done this myself, but I just thought I’d suggest it.

Just leaving a message anywhere I can to let everyone at Kroger as I have tried so many times to try and get my coupons to no success!! When we moved a year and a half ago I have not been able to get my coupons delivered to my new address! After trying to change my address on line, I finally called corporate and talked to a rep for more than an hour, I thought that I would finally start getting the coupons. It didn’t happen!! I then went to the store and talk to customer service they said there should be no reason why I’m not receiving them but they would put it in the computer again still no coupons after a year-and-a-half if not maybe somebody would be able to help if I left a message feel free to call me anytime 480-247-0638 if anybody knows anything I can do to receive them.
