I dont understand why Im not getting these coupons. There not in my SAVE coupons. I am in Columbus Ohio. And this sucks…
What state are you guys in that are getting these Garnier Whole Blends coupons??
This is the second or third week that Ive had to miss on some good deals.

  I got the Garnier in Texas. Sometimes I get the coupons I see in deals, sometimes not. It really is too bad that things are regional.
