I use my Aetna Benefits card for my grocery & household products at Kroger’s store & several items are declined. My card issuer said they should have been accepted. Apparently Kroger is not entering all these items. The local store said they have no control over pricing & you can’t get through to anyone else which I suspect is the intent. Hopefully, Aetna will take Kroger off their list of acceptable stores.
