Ibotta has rejected this twice and I have opened a ticket. Receipt lists them as ‘KELL CHEESECRACKER’ so that may be complicating matters for manual review. I sent pics of boxes and UPCs and I explained that cheez-its are a kellogg brand. Curious if others are having same issue.
