IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH KCB NOT WORKING? HAVE HAD SEVERAL ITEMS NOT WORK AND HAVE CONTACTED KROGER WITH NO RESOLUTION. THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR HELP LINE AND SO FAR IT IS NOT A GOOD CHANGE.
I’ve had the same problems. I emailed and got no reply at all. The person I talked to on the phone was probably a contractor and had no idea what I was talking about. She said submitted something and gave me a reference number.
I have opened up 17 total cases in the last year. Nobody has ever gotten back to me on any of them. The only way I have ever gotten any money back is at the mercy of either a CSR or a MGR when I call them. YMMV and I hope for your sake it does. I would call them back every week asking about the status of the case.
