The BOGO Free deal for Scott Extra Soft Toilet paper is not going on in the Northern KY Kroger stores. I asked at the service desk, and they have not heard anything about it.
Scott deal is not shown in the Cincinnati flyer so I think it must be regional and that needs to be addressed in your post.
