Hey Karen, I too notice in a KROGER store ( I live in Cincinnati) that the Kroger Natural PB isn’t included in the sale. I agree that it is delicious and like that ingredients are only peanuts and salt. Don’t think it is only at your F Meyer store. Does the .50 coupon still work for the natural PB? i haven’t bought it while i had that coupon clipped. Take care!
I don’t know why the price of the natural style peanut butter has gone up so much at Fred Meyer/Kroger. It used to be included in the same sales when the reg PB went on sale but usually isn’t lately. Even when they have the 5x 50 cents off cpns the natural style (no sugars or added oils) end sup being 1.79. For that price I can put in an order with someone to bring me some Trader Joe No-Salt Peanut Butter which besides being healthier is sooo much better tasting. Sorry to sound so cranky but the more they ‘Krogerify’ my Fred Meyer store the more there is to dislike. I switched from shopping at Safeway for 50 years after the changes from them being taken over by Albertsons. Now it seems like the same thing with Fred Meyer. Thanks for letting me vent.
