How do I get the Kroger insert Coupons? I am new at this and just trying to learn. I want to get the $4/2 but don’t know where to look.
Southern Indiana didn’t have the Garnier coupons in the 1/28 or the 2/11 Garnier coupons. Soo Sad!

I had 2 shampoo and 2 shampoo and conditioner. Would only take off 1 coupon. I’m guessing the coupon does not include the shampoo and conditioner. Has anyone bought the shampoo and conditioner.
