Yes. I live in Las Vegas, NV and did it today and it worked. But Tuesday is the last day both Catalina’s will print.
I live in the Atlanta area and can confirm it is working. Did the deal twice and it printed 2 $10 Catalinas. Just make sure you didn’t clip these on your digital or else it won’t work.

Does it have to be the snug and dry?
At least at my store, snug-n-dry was $7.99 and the others are $8.99, so I think she’s using those because they are the best deal … but I think it would work on the more expensive ones for a slightly higher total.
