Katie- Was wondering if you have an update on this as to if the two rebates are working. Also I noticed the rebates say body wash and your sale item says shower gel. Does that make a difference as to it not working??? Thanks

I had both body wash rebates on ibotta today and when I submitted my receipt, it said they were both verified so I thought they were going through but then it said I submitted only $1.00 for eggo waffles but nothing for the body wash so I sent them a message but have not heard back from them yet. This is wrong if they are having issues with this, they need to make it right. I only bought these today because of the rebates. This is not the first issue I have had with ibotta, I hate to leave the site but if it isn’t honoring it’s rebates,I will have to.
Mine did the same thing! It did it for the Dove rebate as well. I’m waiting to hear from them too.
Not with is rebate, but with 2 other rebates I have had an issue. I submitted a ticket on both and got approved for both rebates. Just be patient. 🙂
No dove rebate here on Ibotta. I sent a support email because I had them an they were unlocked, tried to submit. Wouldn’t work. Support said they pulled them. Very uncool. So disappointed in them
My axe/caress got pulled this morning sometime. I was fortunate to have loaded dove offer yesterday evening as my sister bought products for axe/caress&adobe offers and 20 minutes later when she got home the product disappeared from her account.
Same here. Had the Dove this morning and it was gone when I got home. Same with the Caress and Heinz Mustard.
Same as Vanessa, Amy, and Juanita, both of the body wash deals disappeared after I had bought them this afternoon. They were there this morning, and now they’re not. 🙁 This was my first couponing trip since finding this great website, and now I am very frustrated.

My checkout 51 hasn’t reset and my Ibotta removed these from my account. They were their when I went to the store and now they are gone. Very frustrating
Same thing here, No resets today and 0 remaining on checkout51 yesterday. I also bought 4 Heinz mustard and was going to redeem on checkout 51 for $1 each. I checked the app before I shopped and then when I opened the app to upload my reciept, it said “Not may remaining”. After I uploaded the receipt, it then said “0 remaining”. I was very irritated at losing $4 for Heinz and $4 for the caress/axe body wash, totaling $8. That’s a lot when you are on a budget.
I have both rebates, but my Ibotta rebate will not unlock 🙁
Mine reset! I did that one and the dove/dove for men on Saturday and they both showed back up yesterday!!
My receipt was rejected so it did show back up but not a reset.
Dove and Caress are also on Savingstar
My ibotta didn’t reset and there were 0 left on checkout51 when I rent to redeem yesterday. Still says 0 remaining today. Boo!
