Who knew Organic could taste so good?? Since my daughter was little, I tried to make sure she ate healthy so I bought more and more organic products. I never did find an organic mayonnaise I loved, until now! Hellmann’s NEW Organic Mayonnaise is available at Kroger (and it’s in our Mega Event, YAY). So, I decided to cut up some colorful veggies and roast them with a balsamic vinegar in the oven. Once that was done I added them into my pasta and Hellmann’s Organic Mayo! So easy and soooooo yummy!!
