Do the catalinas only work sometimes in certain areas? I called Catalina and gave them my receipt number and all they did was send me an email saying my purchase didn’t qualify even though I bought 2 ziplock sandwich bags. (90 count). What gives?

I bought the Lysol wipes 80 ct yesterday ( Cat. offer was not tagged) and Cat didn’t print at my store (Texas). So for Ziploc, it will probably not print either.

I think you need to do separate transactions…I bought 4 Lysol few days ago (same catalina than the Ziploc ) and I got only one !
Didn’t print for me either. Took it to customer service because it’s never happened to me before and they gave me $2 gift card. I feel crazy when I do stuff like that but I can’t help it 🙂
