I purchased exactly 2 Colgate Enamel Heath, paid 2.99, with the sign underneath, and DID NOT receive a Catalina, when I sent in a request, I was denied, they stated I did not purchase it…
I emailed them a copy of my receipt…talked to customer service and was told, sorry…
The Catalina prints out after you pay. The cashier will give it to you with your receipt. It can be used “on your next order” (OYNO).
I’ve never done this so I’m just wondering. Does the catalina print out while your toothpastes are being rung up or do they print out after you’ve paid and you have to go to customer service to get the price changed?
