Mine printed after I put my zip code in. My Kroger Doubles coupons up to $.50 so I got the snuggle for $.99 each

I had the same problem until I notice at the top where it says enter your zip code and I put mine in and it printed. Maybe when we registered it we put in our own zips and now it work for me. Try it on yours. It had a different zip on mine when i was trying and it failed.

I’m in that same boat. I’ve tried on 5 computers. I could before they switched to new software. Very frustrating.
