Hi I am from Houston, tx and today was a couponers nightmare!!!! I went to walmart and used a 5.00 coupon when you buy two Schick razors and a coupon for a free razor. I was told that using the free coupon to is double dipping. I tried to get an explaination regarding this issue and the cashier said that I couldn’t use two coupons for one product. They gave me hell. I hate going to Walmart because everyone has their own ideas of what the coupon policy states. I am going to stick with only Krogers because they are all on the same page regarding their policy.
technically, they’re in the right. You aren’t “buying” one of the two razors (second coupon) – as a result, the 5.00 coupon would not trigger. You would have to bring 3 razors up to the register. Unfortunately the coupons apply in a manner which benefits the store/manuf. the best.
