kroger has gone up on their grocery items .Dont know if its because of people getting raises on Food stampos or rise in gas prices
It has more to do with being able to get the products to the stores. My boyfriend is the manager in the meat department at a Kroger. He is always complaining that he orders things but they don’t come on the truck. So basically it’s a supply & demand situation. It’s happening at all stores not just Kroger. We can blame 99% of this on Covid. People not working etc.
how do you use the kroger cash back?

Kroger’s is a multi billion dollar corporation. This site is not customer friendly AT ALL: Worked 10 year at Kroger’s V183 as cashier and customer service rep and you would think Kroger’s would make a user friendly website to bring in more customers. It’s like wow we really don’t care if you get the website or not . Your problem. Is there a college we can take a crash course to make our lives and billfolds get the customer service we deserve???
There’s too much junk on this website, it’s hard to see the coupons and pop up ads all over the place. What happened to the coupons I used to get in the mail? This site is too busy and confusing for me.
When trying to use this to see kroger deals, it keeps going back to the beginning. Anybody know why and how to stop it? It might be from the pop up ads.

I hate this new site. I can’t figure out how to order. I need to refill a prescription when I call they tell me to do it online and can’t figure out how. I want to go out of my way and drive an extra 11 miles to go to Meijers. I’m 71 years old and I hear you have Clicklist without charge and yet I can’t figure out how to use it. I hear you open early for me but it is too crowded to feel safe. I have been a customer for the last 42 years and now I am going to have to move along

Rx refills are easy online
kroger.com
Log in and go to the upper left corner cluck ob the menu and scroll down to pharmacy. Then refill a Rx and choose.
HOWEVER: if you are uncomfortable using the online site then you can Always call your local Kroger pharmacy and the option to refill a Rx will work.

How can I tell when I can use the same coupon and buy more than one or when I have to check out more than once?
They state “use up to 3 or 4 or 5 times in one transaction

I am literally JUST starting. I have not only wanted to do it for a very long time but I now NEED to. It is just so confusing to me. I do not consider myself an idiot. I worked in IT for 20 + years. I built computers and laptops and printers, etc., was also IT support but for some reason, this baffles me. I am now unfortunately disabled so at least I have time to devote now. I’m not even sure where to start Wish me luck! I have now subscribed to your email and youtube!
Can’t understand how to use Kroger Krazy when I shop at Kroger.
You need to get back to the simple advertising for the older. People .your adds are to complicated will start shopping elsewhere

In the last few months, the local Kroger stores in my area refuse to take printed coupons from the coupon sites like coupons.com. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. They are legitimate coupons. It seems unfair to me.
Kroger recently started looking at all the printed coupons to make sure the numbers were different. They said they catch people all the time with photocopies of coupons.
I’m new to the coupon world (so excited!) and am having trouble understanding how to not waste time by constantly reviewing coupons I’ve already seen a thousand times on coupons.com. Unlike Kroger’s site for digital coupons where you can sort by “newest first”, coupons.com doesn’t have that function (to my knowledge). Is there any pattern to when new coupons are released and, if so, how I can view only those coupons, or view those coupons at the top… or something? Or do I have to sift through 500 coupons over and over again every few days just hoping the new ones will jump out at me amongst the big mix? I’m so confused and frustrated and would appreciate any short feedback you can find time to provide.
… (Like, when you say you check multiple zip codes each day, how can you sort out which ones you’ve already seen before and which ones may be new?)

I use my iPad to view your website and have a separate we page I use to print from. My problem is that when I try to print your coupons the barcode doesn’t come out so I can’t use them. Do you have any suggestions or advise? Print program is HP print. Thanks

Hi Michelle, coupons can reset at any time – totally random. But the big reset is the first day of every month where several pages of coupons are either brand new or can be printed again.
How do I use Kroger Krazy when I go into store and use my Kroger coupons I have called Kroger they don’t seem to know how coupons come on my iPhone can’t send them to iPad to redeem please help
