The stores I shop at in Michigan the cashiers read the coupons and if they say DND then they wont double them.
My store had a peelies on each bag for $1/2. They also had $1/1 package of Oreo’s which made them only $1.49 per bag!
It doubles. I used mine last night and it doubled… Then again mine didn’t say do not double that I know of
