My store only had 2 of the single Gillettes left. I took a twin pack up to the front and they said they would allow me to count it as a single item so it worked well for me. I used 2 $6/3 qs on 2 singles and 4 twin packs and all was free (this was all that was left in my store). So make sure to check if you are using that q to see if you can use it on twin packs.
Do most Krogers allow the overage?
Please keep in mind the gillette coupons say at the bottom of them that if the coupon exceeds the amount of the product, overage is not to be given.
I’m in Michigan and our Kroger sales start on Mondays will it not now because of Labor Day?!

Lindy, there was another mega event that overlapped with when this coupon first came out. The shave gel was also included in that sale for 99-cents just the same as it is for this sale.
We do not get overage in my area. 🙁
Am more curious if it beeped or just went through w/ the 99¢ cans 🙂 I def DON’T need any shaving cream but would LOVE the overage!!!
I used the $6/3 q on the 99¢ cans last time and none of them beeped. I bought nothing but satin care without a hitch and received the overage every time.

Linda, I used the $6/3 to buy the Gillette series twin packs. They were $1.99 after the sale pricing. So I got 6 cans for free. I figured if I got closer to the $6 coupon amount the cashiers wouldn’t give me any problems. Sometimes at my store they like to reduce it down and other times they just override it, so I just took the easiest route and got the most bang for my coupon and products!

The only q I got in mine was $2/1 but still works because I have 3 🙂
