If you have problems with your catalinas printing and your sure you have purchased the required items, you can call kroger’s coporate customer service number and they will put you in touch with the catalina folks. I had one of mine that did not print during the mega deal sale, but it was only because the catalina printer at this particular register was broken. I saved my receipt, called corporate, spoke to catalina rep and they are mailing me my catalina bucks.
I went to my local Kroger (Cincinnati) tonight and tried your Scenario #1, with coupons, and no catalina printed for the deal. I watched the printer closely, and my other 3 cat’s printed, but not that one. Has anyone else had luck with it in Cincinnati (I noticed there wasn’t a sign indicating that these products were part of a cat. deal) or is there any way to contact the company to try to get a catalina after the fact?
Does anyone know how long the sale price is good for.
