This giveaway has ENDED!
Whether we like it or not Cold & Flu season is well upon us and chances are we’re all going to get sick at some point this winter. Still I thought I’d put a quick list together of tips to help us stay healthy to the best of our abilities! I would love to hear your tips for staying healthy as well! The random winner of this giveaway will win an envelope packed full of “healthy” coupons, including (2) FREE Genesis Today product coupons! Everyone can leave up to 3 separate healthy tips in the comments section for entry into this giveaway. (Facebook comments do not count as valid entry)
Here are my top 5 tips for staying healthy this cold/flu season (I know, they’re no-brainers but work with me here):
- Wash your hands!! A lot. With soap. Front and back. This is includes using anti-bacterial wipes when you’re not near a sink.
- Stay away from sick people. Sick people: stay home!
- Get lots of sleep.
- Eat Well. Drink plenty of Water.
- Take your Vitamins.
Speaking of taking your vitamins. As I typing this I’m chewing my delicious Genesis Today vitamins. I am horrible at swallowing pills…the very thought of it makes me start to gag. (I know, I’m a baby and I’m weird.) So, I was super excited to receive packages of Genesis Today’s Super Chew Vitamin Dietary Supplements. They have several varieties, but the ones I’ve been taking everyday are the Vitamin C with Zinc and with Acai Super Chews. What I love about Genesis Today is that they make it so easy. Everything tastes so delicious, you don’t even realize your eating a vitamin or drinking a healthy beverage. You remember how delicious the Omega Orange is right? If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re really missing out! Plus, to make healthy choices accesible to everyone, Genesis Today products are available at Wal-Mart. Because of my enthusiasm for the Genesis Today brand, they have asked me to be a SuperFood Ambassador and I gladly accepted. Be on the lookout for more posts from me about their awesome products, coupons and giveaways too! In the meantime, let’s hear some heathy tips from you!
This giveaway ends promptly on Friday, December 31st at 5pm (EST).
As a Genesis Today Superfood Ambassador, I received these products free of charge. All opinions remain my own.
