A Catalina (Cat) is a reward you receive for purchasing participating items. It will print in the form of a coupon at checkout and you can use it like cash for your next shopping trip. For example, Buy (3) boxes of cereal to receive a $3 coupon good on your next order.
You will usually find hanging tags under the participating item stating the requirements for generating a Catalina, or you’ll receive an advertisement for them in the form of a Catalina.
Here are the current Catalinas for Kroger that I have found. Keep in mind that I have NOT tested all of these myself, so please let me know if they do NOT work for you or if you find any others! I rely on coupon forums and word of mouth (not to mention ME walking down every aisle at Kroger with an eagle eye!) to keep this list current!

Yes! Always on the lookout! I’m going through my kroger e coupons and trying to match them up with Catalinas and printed coupons. Wish there were a little more help on this, but Catalina’s seem to be such a mystery. Did a great deal last week with strawberries and cool whip, but I think that’s over now. I have 56 Kroger points and am trying to get it up to 100 with as little cash as possible for a tiny break on gas. Coupons generate a point, so that’s pretty cool. Better get back to looking for Catalina particulars. Thanks for your site! (I need to bookmark it now)! 🙂
hahaha!! Are we picking up trash in the Kroger Parking Lot now? Girl after my own heart!! The BEST place to find them is in the trash bins in the self checkout lanes!! Thanks so much for the info Linda!!
Just got back from Kroger. I found a $1 OYNO Kraft Catalina in the parking lot so that got me curious as to what had triggered that Catalina. I noticed that Pillsbury has a Catalina deal Buy any 3 refrigerated product and get $1 OYNO.
