yea i worked at krogers for five years, they catch onto things like this quick! which one did you go to?
I went this AM and tried to do the deal and the cashier said that she could only take off 99 cents per coupon.
I went and got four of them, one old spice body wash, two four packs of Angel Soft, and four Colgate toothpaste, ending up only paying 1.01! pretty darn happy about that one!
My Kroger in WV has the Pro Series for .99 Mega Sale Price and the ProGlide for 1.99 Mega Sale Price. So , I could still get for free if it takes off the price before Mega Sale savings, correct? Also stoked cause I can get the Pro Series for free, too with $1.00 off from P&G (hence why my store is out of stock of that and not the Pro Glide)!
our registers/associates are smart, they manually entered the coupon value.. hence not free but $0.99 for 2 gillettes, not bad. we are so spoiled with “free stuff” 😉
This is probably a silly question but if I buy 3 gillette series and then get 3 gillette fusions free I still need to buy 4 mega sale items to get that price:)

Do you know if you can use the 1.00 off from the P&G insert? In the land of no doubles (Texas Kroger) I don’t shop there much and haven’t tried combining a BOGO and $ off on the same items. If it does work, do you know the order in which they need to be handed over? I know at CVS and WAGS you can do this.
Lisa, the $1 coupon is for the SAME type that you are getting for FREE with the other coupon…so no, you couldn’t use that as well. If it was just for ANY shave gel (this one specifies Fusion), then yes…you could try that. The theory is, you should be able to use an additional coupon for the item you are PAYING for. In this case, you’re not paying for the Fusion…so you can’t use another coupon on that item.
Everyone must have caught onto this deal already.. I went to Kroger last night and the shelves were pretty much empty. I’ll try another Kroger tonight after work. 🙂
Just went to kroger and did the b1g1 free still had to pay 5.00 dollars for the shave gels not to bad for 10 cans even with the mega event they both were on sale for 1.99 at my krogers
