You do not have to buy 10 of that specific item to get it for the $1 price BUT I do believe you need to get 10 of those “10 for 10” items to get all for $1 each. Basicly meaning you can mix and match 10 of the 10 for 10 items.
In Virginia which is Mid Atlantic region , you do not have to buy ten you can buy one and it will ring up $1.00.
